An introduction class is designed to give you the 411 about Pilates. Upon arrival you will be greeted by our friendly staff and you will be asked to fill out papers for your personal chart. An initial evaluation will give Wally a better idea of any recurring injuries, limitations, and personal goals – ranging all the way from look good and to feel good, to finishing an Ironman or competing as a professional athlete. This will allow Wally to personalize the class to your individual needs and objectives.
A series of different classes are provided, including Semi Private and Private. We guarantee you will be challenged and as a result you will see exponential improvement within only a couple weeks. You will become more flexible, your posture will improve, aches will go away, and you will feel stronger as a whole.
In Private lessons, each client works one on one with a trainer. These classes are intended to be as personalized as possible to your individual needs and goals. The trainers will use a combination of mat equipment, weights, and reformer machines to challenge you beyond your expectations. This kind of lesson is ideal for those who have very specific needs, such as injuries and other health conditions, or have specific goals, such as finishing the Boston Marathon under 3 hours.
In Semi-private lessons, there are no more than three members to an instructor. You can work out with friends and family or you can opt to be assigned to a small group with similar fitness levels. The trainers will use a combination of mat equipment, weights, and reformer machines. Every exercise will be as inclusive as possible, ensuring everyone’s objectives and needs are equally sought after.
