At South County Pilates, I want clients to understand what is functionality – functional strength and functional flexibility – what it means to have proper range of motion and body mechanics, what is considered normal, and how they can apply that in their daily life. When they understand these concepts, they can then apply it to their exercise, sports, or hobbies, whatever they may be. Understanding these concepts is how we can age well and live pain free.
Wally has more than 35 years of experience in the fitness and martial arts industries. Since 2003, Wally has owned and operated his own Pilates studios in Orange County.
The Pilates Method is not just exercise. It is a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind, performed on specifically designed exercise apparatus and supervised by extensively trained instructors. Our method of Pilates is an exercise system designed to focus on improving flexibility, strength, endurance, and improve posture, alignment, coordination and balance for a total body workout without building bulk.
We require a 24 hour notice otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Please wear loose fitting and/or comfortable clothing. No footwear is allowed within the studio, since pilates is best practiced barefoot. If you are going to wear shorts, a tight pair is preferred.
